About Karima

I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Transformation Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Movement Expert, with additional certifications in Yoga and Essentrics. My work integrates mind, body, and subconscious approaches to support deep and lasting change. I come from a diverse professional background, having spent many years as a business advisor specialized in Human Resources as well as working in real estate. I also hold an MBA, along with several other university degrees, which allow me to combine a strategic, results-oriented mindset with holistic, transformational methods. I work in english and french. Client Services My approach is holistic and integrative, combining hypnotherapy, transformational coaching, NLP, and somatic practices. I work on empowerment, emotional regulation, weight loss, self-confidence, procrastination, limiting beliefs, and a wide range of other issues.
