About Julia
With adults, I use a unique blend ofhypnotherapyand IFS to develop inner harmony, heal your inner child/subconscious wounds, and access your true self.I believe true healing involves addressing the blocks that get in the way of our heart and our soul, and healing them with compassion. I help adults and children ages 7 and up navigate the complexities of life and to find their confidence again. I work with adults who struggle with interpersonal relationships, codependency, and difficult emotions. I have worked with a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures, but have found a niche in working with medical professionals and law enforcement. I work with kids who struggle with peer relationships, finding their place in school, and coping with life changes.
