About Judith

All types of life experiences can effect how you feel about yourself and others. Your experiences form the lens through which you view your world, and your relationships. Symptoms of depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, sexual issues, for example, emerge when old when the lens becomes clouded, or when ways of coping are no longer effective. As client and therapist, we will work together to address your particular concerns. We will focus on understanding your personal story and, with equal importance, on the development of a more effective repertoire of skills that you can use in order to feel better.
