I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR),Hypnotherapy, Dream Analysis, Mindfulness Therapy/Techniques and EMDR.I enjoy working with clients who want to learn more about the inner workings of their psyche, who are ready to take the first steps on their journey to heal and are motivated to do the necessary work. I take a holistic approach tending to each person's physical, mental/cognitive, emotional and spiritual aspects.
