I weave in somatic practices to help you notice where stress and old memories live in the body, and I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) andhypnotherapyto reach the deeper parts of the mind.As a Veteran with 20 years of military service and an Idaho native, I value the courage it takes to face what’s difficult. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences, including those unique to veterans and the challenges of reintegration. My practice also supports clients facing major life transitions, questions of identity and purpose, and the complexities of men’s issues in a changing world. I work with depression and anxiety not simply as symptoms to eliminate, but as meaningful signals that invite deeper understanding and change.
