My practice is now mostly focused on Coaching andHypnotherapy, especially Past Life Regression.Most of us grew up learning who we were somehow wasn't quite okay. To cope and survive, we adopted a false self to gain the approval of others and minimize the pain we were in. Healing is the process of recovering the true self, so we can begin to live authentically and thrive. As you become aware of and reclaim the parts of yourself that you have repressed, numbed or disowned, you are able to move toward a deeper sense of self-love, awareness, personal empowerment, ease and integrity--internally, and in your relationships with others.
