About Jo

Accepting New Clients! - Our quality of life is directly linked to the healthiness of our relationships with ourselves, spouse, family, friends and co workers. I believe human beings are born with an innate need to be in relationship with one another and, for some, experiencing safe, connected, and intimate relationships can be a challenge. The purpose of psychotherapy is to support clients in a collaborative way to help remove barriers and roadblocks that may prevent them from living the life they envision. Ultimately, every person wants to be loved, to be heard, to be understood, leading to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
