I specialize in working with adults 18 +. I particularly enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety related concerns, eating disorders, self-esteem difficulties, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, transitional stress, and anger management. I love working with clients who are looking for a safe space to process and who also have motivation to see themselves grow. My counseling style is person-centered and designed to meet each client where they are, while providing evidence-based tools to help them reach their goals. I value empowering clients and building them up while helping them reach their goals.
