About Jen
I approach counseling with individuals from a holistic viewpoint in hopes of better understanding their world. I believe in promoting my clients’ right to autonomy, self-acceptance, and to feel genuine in their experiences and connections with others. My hope as a counselor is to meet my clients where they are at and provide support for their journey, knowing that every connection made has the power to affect each of us and brings us the opportunity to make meaning in our lives. I am part of and love working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity community.
I also offer autism and ADHD assessments using the MIGDAS-2 for adults
