About Jasmine

I work as a somatic therapist using EMDR andHypnotherapy, in addition to talk therapy.I work with individuals who struggle with relationships. This includes intimacy issues, codependency, love addiction, and unhealthy attachments. These issues can present themselves in romantic partnership but also peer, friend, and family relationships. Whether you struggle to maintain relationships, consistently find yourself in "toxic" or dysfunctional relationships, avoid closeness with avoidance behaviors, have patterns of self-abandonment, and/or feeling out of control, I might be able to help. Relationships are the most important thing in our lives as humans, it's difficult when we struggle.
