Would you like to feel better and have more energy and resilience? The anxiety, fatigue, and feelings of overwhelm are not trivial. It can affect everything in our lives - self-worth, relationships, career, physical and mental health and more. The past happens and it can keep us stuck. I work with techniques for Memory Reconsolidation which help rewrite the implicit memory to reduce and eliminate the residual negative responses of past adverse experiences. My specialty is Canine Assisted Trauma-informed Treatment (CATTx). My canine assistant Bear, and I will provide a safe, accepting place (mine, yours, or Zoom)
