I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, eye movement therapy andhypnotherapyand whatever tool is needed to meet you where you are.The great poet Rumi wrote "out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." This quote really encompasses a therapeutic setting for me. A place where there is no judgement and you are heard with warmth and high regard. In my sessions you can be expect to be treated with kindness, empathy and be received with no judgement. This is my private practice, which means, you will not have a therapist turnover in a few months. I’m very personable and real. I will care about you.
