About Jane

I am a Trauma Specialist. Clients are often unaware that their physical ailments- headaches,stomach aches, and GI problems are part of the picture. These clients are often high functioning . Many systems in their body have run amok.Almost nothing feels safe.When someone doesn't feel safe no amount of talk therapy can convince them otherwise.Something happens deep in the core of our brain and body.. Such physiology prevents people from thinking things through. As a body-oriented therapist, I pay close attention to the ways the body expresses what words cannot. I help clients locate their "felt experience." and rewire early experi
