In an ever changing world with so many hardships and challenges, I have dedicated my life to helping people make sense out of their struggles and to find more peace. I believe in people, and I believe that in a safe and supportive environment with a skillful and responsible guide, people are capable of incredible accomplishments, leading to changes that enable more peace and joyful living. I believe that people develop maladaptive patterns of living and relating and that sometimes simple changes in habits, thinking, growing, and understanding, can lead to happier, healthier lives and relationships.
