Before beginning my formal training as a therapist, I spent over a decade in finance, coached high-performing executives and founders, and was once a nationally ranked gymnast. I’m also a mother—someone who knows how it feels to be outwardly accomplished while quietly feeling stuck, yearning for deeper alignment, intimacy, and aliveness.

After consciously uncoupling from a long-term marriage, I began rebuilding my life from the inside out, rooted in self-trust, embodied healing, and internal secure attachment. That journey now informs the space I hold for others.
