I am now offering telehealth sessions. I believe that you are endowed with the power and energy to overcome any obstacle in life, but sometimes, when overwhelmed with life's challenges, you lose contact with your own power. I can help you regain balance in life and regain forward momentum to living the life you are destined to live. I am particularly interested in working with individuals struggling with life transitions, those who are walking through loss, and those struggling with addictions and/or substance abuse.
