I know this can be a very challenging time for you or your family. From the comfort of your own home, we can work through the challenges you're facing together. My priority is to create a safe environment for you, where you may confront, accept and change aspects of your life you are not happy with. I also recognize how difficult the path of seeking help and making change can be and I will provide my skills, support, and compassion to you as you navigate your journey. I have experience and enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
