To my mind, curiosity and open-heartedness are paramount for all relationships, especially therapeutic alliances. I think part of therapy is working with self-acceptance and acceptance of others and learning how to be with complexity in a meaningful, courageous, and compassionate way. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and general overwhelm in a world full of uncertainty and fewer supports.
