About Ellen

I love doing this. Connecting, supporting, creating a safe space, laughing with and feeling with you… is a gift.

It’s is a deep healing process. Learning to pause and breathe, feel and be with ourselves, allowing connection to grow… all this takes willingness, time and yes, trust. We can do that together.

When we feel seen and valued, our awareness expands. Pain transforms. We can move beyond the echo chambers of our minds, beyond our distractions, our intoxications and our resistances. Being present becomes a reality. We discover an intimate, treasured friend in ourselves, and with that comes a new sense of who we are.
