I specialize in psychotherapy for presenting clinical issues such as anxiety and depression which may result from stresses throughout the lifespan. . As a seasoned professional, I am experienced with the full range of human concerns, and am a down-to-earth, active, engaged therapist. My mission is to help others forward in their lives, and quickly identify their "stuck points" which may be rooted in earlier life trauma. I have an accessible style and a practical approach which is especially empowering to parents, to young adults of both genders, to new mothers, and with women who are assessing their options for change.
