About Eleanor

My specialties include: psychological trauma (childhood, combat, assault, accidents, surgical), addiction, mood conditions (anxiety, depression), stress management, anger management, relationship challenges, diverse cultures and finding meaning/purpose in life. I am Certified in Brain Spotting, Military Counseling, Anger Management and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through the Army. My approach to therapy is Integrative/Holistic from a mind/body perspective. In addition to the above, I have two-and-one-half years of Post Doctoral Training in Jungian/Archetypal Psychology.
