About Eileen

I approach therapy from an attachment-based and neuropsychological perspective. I believe that sometimes people get stuck in their lives or relationships due to old emotional wounds that have never been fully healed. With the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) combined with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other interventions, I help clients establish trust, worthiness, and safety within themselves and in their relationships.
