II have expertise in the integration of Eastern and Western psychotherapies with modern psychodynamic principles, Non-Dual approaches, and contemplative and meditative practices. This approach encompasses a holistic approach. It is my experience that a persons deeper beliefs (what I call Meta-principles) determine life experiences. It is my belief and practice that we are more than our limited thinking minds.
