About Donna

My ideal client would be open to more than talk therapy to resolve their trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and attachment adaptations. They would be willing to begin to lower their unconscious defenses in their body as well as their minds, work with regressed parts to improve self-regulation and self love which will improve their abilities to be more relational with their friends and family. My client could also be going through a transition and need support or an added resource to help them get through a difficult time where indecision is blocking them from moving forward.
