About Debra

Whether you're feeling anxious, sad, depressed, lonely or something else that has you reaching out to a therapist you're giving yourself a gift. Making the decision to start therapy is courageous, but I understand it can also be anxiety provoking. I believe that finding the right fit is the most important part of the process. You want to feel listened to, respected and understood. That is my specialty. My first step is to help you get really clear about how your thinking and feeling is either helping or hurting you. The goal is to get on a healthy path that leads to more self-confidence and the ability to make better decisions.
