I consider myself a person-centered Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is also well versed in several mental health therapeutic techniques including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and ClinicalHypnotherapy.I have a compassionate and approachable demeanor and seek to build trust and rapport quickly. I seek to find and identify the presenting problem(s) and find a solution and goals that will be specific, measurable, achievable and realistic. I believe in building resilience and commitment to face our problems while developing self compassion and care.
