Troubled by feelings of overwhelming anger, sadness, anxiety, family and relationship problems, communication struggles, daily stress, parent/child stress, a "terrible" teen, self esteem worries, or addiction/food issues? There is relief from these problems and the pain they cause to you. At your own pace let's get to the root of the problem so it can be managed and hopefully eliminated.
