About Claire

If you have stumbled upon my page, I imagine you might be feeling alone, overwhelmed, or even hopeless. Maybe you are tired of engaging in the same cycles over and over only to end up feeling worse and worse. It could be that you wish you had a different relationship to your body, food, or exercise. It is possible you have felt "different" than others and are considering if you might be neurodivergent. My approach with neurodivergence is through a neurodivergent affirming lens. Regardless of how you came across this page, I am happy you did. I am here to help. My aim is to create a safe environment for growth and exploration.
