Here on the Outer Banks of NC, some of us comb the beach looking for bits of glass, that have been softened by time spent in tumultuous waters. Sea glass started out intact and then by some misfortune or someone's carelessness, ended up adrift and eventually broken at the bottom of the sea. Like sea glass, you, too, are a treasure, waiting to be found. Rather than feeling invisible, unimportant, or damaged, I can assist you in discovering who you really are-your inherent value, beauty and resilience. I have extensive training in the area of trauma treatment.
