While many issues, needs and goals may seem vastly different, they often fall under the umbrella of stress due to unresolved trauma, fear, insecurity and feelings of unworthiness. The resulting negative self-talk can sabotage even feasible and attainable goals as the subconscious hangs onto old programming that serves no purpose. Working as co-creators of success, my clients and I "weed the garden" and plant new seeds for generating positive inner dialogue and confidence.
