About Carolyn

As a counselor in private practice for over 35 years, I enjoy working with all ages, children through elderly persons. I have particular interest in helping people cope with and reduce anxiety, panic, and post-traumatic stress, often utilizing hypnosis or EMDR therapies. As a marriage and family therapist, I have experience working with couples, and also with divorced parents and children. I enjoy facilitating co-parenting of children of divorce, to help parents diminish or overcome differences and focus on their children's need.
