Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and Client Centered Therapy (Grief counseling/Trauma) components are utilized as needed throughout the therapeutic process.I am compelled to assist others in overcoming life's challenges and finding ways to integrate their full potential in accomplishing personal goals. I have been licensed since 2019 and have gained experience working with clients in outpatient and inpatient settings ranging from 3 to 99 years of age. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that is customized to individual needs with a focus on improving the overall quality of life, within my scope of practice as well as legal and ethical standards. Client well-being is always my main priority at all times.
