About Paul

Paul Garth, CHt graduated with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in May, 2014. Applying for membership with the Hypnotherapists Union Local 472 (Certification Number: 13205246) established an important alignment and professional recognition as a Certified Hypnotherapist.Paul works as an advocate and confidant for his clients' personal journey. Coming from an Information Technology career spanning several decades, he is relatively new to Hypnotherapy – but not new to working with the human condition. His empathetic approach creates immediate rapport while focusing on achieving appropriate results with minimal change.His keen interest in personal development since early days at Fordham University has led towards a career in Hypnotherapy – aligning the conscious desire with the subconscious motivation. Other interests along his path included: Massage Technician, Cranial Sacral therapy; SCUBA Diving; Private Pilot's License, FAA Aviation Safety Counselor, First Lieutenant Safety Officer with Civil Air Patrol; and the systematic approach of personal productivity – GTD (Getting Things Done).As a Kappasinian Hypnotherapist, he finds much gratification assisting clients in replacing their self limiting beliefs with more beneficial ones. Paul's confidence in the efficacy of the tools and techniques come from being taught by seasoned instructors representing the first Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy, with much gratitude to the life's work, innovation and offering of Dr. John Kappas.
