As a clinician, my approach is grounded in whole-person care—honoring the unique experiences, needs, and goals of each individual I work with. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic strategies that support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. In addition to my formal training I bring a diverse set of complementary skills and certifications, including life coaching, Reiki Master, massage therapy, and somatic emotional attachment release. This integrative background allows me to approach healing from multiple angles, always centering the whole person.
