My specialty is in exposure response prevention,hypnotherapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.Everyone experiences difficulties in life because we are all human, make mistakes, and need support. I believe therapy is most effective when you are seeing results, therefore, I make it my goals to help you see lasting, desired change.
