About Anna

Are you someone who has experienced trauma and is struggling to heal from these difficult experiences? And are you someone who wants to change?

I have over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist which has given me training and experience in dealing with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Just some of my specialties are EMDR, trauma informed care, and complex-PTSD. I prefer a psychodynamic approach which involves exploring past events, processing difficult emotions, and examining patterns in your life; as well as exploring how these affect current behavior, feelings, and relationships.
