Transitions are challenging and life can be hard. However I believe that you have more assets, potential and skills than you know. My job as your therapist is to help you develop and access them. I was the Executive in Charge of Production of a national TV show when I learned I was supposed to be in mental health. On the show every week we would take raw ingredients that included family, a house and the family’s emotions and turn it into a television show that millions of Americans would watch. I learned I was a good listener and able to help people grow and rise to the challenges. It can be fun and enjoyable.
