I am trained in Gottman Family therapy, EricksonianHypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, CBT, and have trained with Patrick Carnes International Institute of Trauma and Addiction.My life's passion has been to support the integration of mind body health, a sense of wholeness and inner aliveness for each client. My experience is that each person has an immense reservoir of health that can be tapped into and explored when provided with attuned support and holding. One of my specialities is trauma therapy.
