I believe healing takes place from the inside out. A person cannot negate the mind, body or spirit, as all thrive as one. Our subconscious mind is inherently benevolent and knows what we need to do in order to be happy and healthy. Negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors learned in childhood and a lack of awareness often blocks the natural flow of wisdom. Using a client-centered approach, I assist clients via Hypnosis and other alternative modalities to find their own healing power enabling them to change undesirable habits and teach them to release physical, mental, and emotional debris. Simply, I inspire people to feel & think differently.
