About Andrea

I'm a Certified Clinical & Medical Hypnotherapist and certified Quantum Hypnosis practitioner based in Clearwater, Florida. I am a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. I am also a Reiki Master certified in sound and energy therapies, and a yoga instructor with 10 years of teaching experience. I offer personalized sessions in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with hypnotherapy available in person and online, and Quantum Hypnosis offered in person.

Approach

I blend hypnotherapy with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), breathwork, and somatic practices to help clients shift unwanted mental and emotional patterns, change habits and behaviors, navigate life transitions, build greater confidence, and expedite personal growth. My approach also includes spiritual hypnosis, Quantum Hypnosis, and past-life regression, offering opportunities to explore the unconscious mind, connect with inner wisdom, and reflect on deeper questions of identity, purpose, and meaning.
