About Amelia

My background includes extensive training in mindfulness based counseling, DBT skills,hypnotherapy, somatic work, and addiction recovery.I know how overwhelming it can feel to search for the right therapist. The connection has to feel safe, intuitive, and genuinely supportive. In my work, I blend in-person and virtual sessions with the option for nature immersions. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be guided with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can safely unpack what you’ve been holding, without judgment, and begin reconnecting with the strength and wisdom that’s already within you. Therapy can be a place to feel seen, supported, and deeply understood.
