You are welcome here. I am a licensed clinical health psychologist with focus on chronic/terminal illness and pain. I offer an encouraging and supportive environment as someone who is there with you through the thick of it. The psychotherapy that I deliver is driven by evidence-based practices and empirically supported interventions. My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral, coupled with motivational interviewing approaches, emotion-focused perspectives, strengths-based techniques, and acceptance and commitment (ACT) strategies.
