My additional trainings include Advanced Clinical Heart-CenteredHypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Embodiment, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.In addition to my work as a counselor, I have experience in alternative healing modalities, including equine-guided learning and experiential learning with horses, art therapy, mediation, reiki, healing den, school-based counseling, and prevention education.
