About Alexis

I decided to become a therapist because I wanted to be able to get up on the mornings I did not feel like it and still want to go to work. Mental health and therapy are my passion and I truly believe that healing is possible. Healing does not mean we never experience hard times but it does mean that dealing with them, not only gets easier but that it is most definitely possible. Healing of the mind, body and spirit through evidenced based practices and different therapy modalities, continue to be the focus of my sessions and interactions with others.
