Hi! I'm Dr. Alfaro Vela and I am devoted to working with individuals, couples, and families alike. I practice using a systemic approach, and aim to collaborate with my clients to build a picture of their preferred selves and future. I strive to take a step into my client's frame of reality to understand the challenges that they may be facing and offer new perspectives. Together, I work with clients to help them see what they would like to achieve, as well how they could possibly get there. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with a safe space to explore their emotional horizon.
