I offer holistic therapy using an eclectic approach with techniques rooted in CBT, Psychosynthesis, Positive Psychology,Hypnotherapy, Guided Imagery, EMDR, ACT and others.I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Independent Social Worker providing strengths based therapy. I have been in the field for 20 + years and have worked with folks on adjusting to all sorts of difficulties life brings, depression, anxiety, phobias, purpose and familial issues among other things.
